    My experience with this company is absolutely terrible. I will never recommend anyone to use UPS services in the VA area and will more closely screen any company j do business with for their shippers as to avoid any association with UPS! I declined a package the day of order from both the shipper and UPS only to have the package dropped off at my door (door was open and yet no bell ring or knock or anythi ng to identify delivery ). After immediately (driver still outside home) I was informed he would be instructed to come right back to pick up package. This did not occur. I called back and... More...
